da realsbet: The 20-year-old Wales international is closing in on a return to full training and is happy with the progress being made in his recovery.
He told the club's official website:"I am just going with what the staff are saying here. I trust them and I am just doing the best I can at this moment in time.
"I am just doing my pre-season work now, trying to get a bit of spring back in my right leg, but apart from that all is going well so far.
"I have been doing strengthening exercises and those sorts of things for a long time now and I am starting to feel the benefits.
"I am now outside training with the fitness coach. It feels great to be back outside and kicking the ball around again. I think I am on track, the target is November time.
