da casino: Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera has insisted that his team are fully concentrated on this weekend’s Premier League opener against West Ham United after losing to Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup on Tuesday night.

da dobrowin: Europa League winners Man United were outclassed in Macedonia as goals from Casemiro and Isco proved enough for Real Madrid to record a 2-1 victory.

Herrera has conceded that Champions League holders Real Madrid deserved to land the crown for their performance on the night, but the Spaniard has insisted that the Red Devils are now ready to begin their Premier League challenge at Old Trafford.

Herrera told MUTV:

“We have to accept Real deserve to be the winners. But we can take a lot of good things from this game.

“The Premier League starts on Sunday, there is no time to be upset, we want to be contenders for the title and we want to fight for every title this season.”

Man United, who finished sixth in the Premier League last season, will welcome Slaven Bilic’s West Ham team to Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

Nemanja Matic and Romelu Lukaku are both expected to make their league debuts for the Red Devils, although fellow new arrival Victor Lindelof could start on the bench.
